Laser Welding

استفاده از دستگاه جوش لیزر فایبر مزایای متعددی را به همراه دارد. این دستگاه قادر است جوش‌های باریک و با کیفیت بسیار بالا، بدون نیاز به فیلر بین دو فلز، حتی از جنس‌های متفاوت، ایجاد کند (همچنین امکان استفاده از فیلر با جنس‌های مختلف وجود دارد). سرعت جوشکاری لیزری ۲ تا ۱۰ برابر سریع‌تر از روش‌های سنتی است، که باعث افزایش راندمان تولید و صرفه‌جویی اقتصادی می‌شود. همچنین، دفرمه نشدن قطعات و سرد شدن سریع ناحیه جوش از دیگر خصوصیات مثبت آن محسوب می‌شود. این دستگاه انواع فولاد و آهن آلات با ضخامت‌های پایین را جوش می‌دهد، ضمن اینکه آلودگی سطحی کمتری در قطعه نیز ایجاد می‌کند. به همین خاطر، جوشکاری لیزری برای تولیدات با حجم بالا و نیاز به دقت بالا، گزینه‌ای ایده‌آل است.

Argon Welding

جوش آرگون یا تیگ (TIG) یکی از روش های متداول در جوشکاری ذوبی است که با کمک گرمای ناشی از قوس الکتریکی انجام می شود که دارای کیفیت بالا و علاوه بر آن جوشکاری تمیزی نسبت به جوشهای متداول دیگر می‌باشد. در این حالت از جوشکاری بر خلاف دیگر روش های جوش ذوبی، الکترود مصرف نمی شود؛ بلکه از الکترود های تنگستن یا همان مصرف نشدنی استفاده می شود (البته امکان استفاده از فیلرهای مختلف نیز وجود دارد). با کمک این روش از جوشکاری می توانیم انواع مختلف فلزات کربنی و آلیاژی را در ضخامت های مختلف جوش دهیم. Stud Welding

استادولدینگ یا همان دستگاه جوشکاری گلمیخ نوعی دستگاه جوشکاری است که جهت اتصال زائده‌هایی همچون گلمیخ، میلگرد، پیچ و … بر روی سطوح فلزی استفاده می‌شود. حرارت مورد نیاز در این فرایند، در اثر ایجاد یک قوس الکتریکی قدرتمند بین سطح فلزی و زائده مورد نظر حاصل می‌شود.
